Meet the Chef
Meet the Family

Chef Chuy has been in the restaurant industry since 1993 and has been a Chef since 2000. He has worked at amazing places like Wolf Creek Restaurant and Brewery, Paradise Cove, and URGE Gastropub before starting his own kitchen. He is amazing at pairings, can cook any cuisine, & is very UNtraditional.

We Started TGSFC with our future family in mind. We were foster parents at the time, and knew we needed flexibility to be present for our childrens. TGSFC allows us a balance between sharing our passion for good food and raising our family on our ranch.

Why the name? 

The Good Seed Food Company is named from a parable in matthew 13:24: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field."
